The exterior uses LP® SmartSide®, which looks like beautiful wood but is engineered to resist hail and termites. The roof has an LP® TechShield® Radiant Barrier that blocks up to 97% of the sun's heat, keeping your attic (and home) much cooler. The second story uses LP® Legacy® Sub-Flooring to prevent squeaks and provide a rock-solid feel under your feet.
